I just made a guild and we have 5 members but no cape...how do you get one?

Talk to one of those Guild NPCs, you have to pay 2 plat for a cape on your guild.

2 plat = 2000 gold...

If you don't know how to get gold, forget the guild thing for now. better learn the basics
